Sewphisticated Upholstery provides custom upholstery, window treatment design, and related home furnishing services, as well as select digital products and resources. All work is completed by appointment or custom order.

All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Pricing may vary based on fabric selection, materials, or project specifications. Orders are considered confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit are received.

Deposits are required before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon completion, prior to delivery or pickup. Payments are accepted through approved methods listed on your invoice or contract.

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom upholstery, window treatments, or digital products once work has begun or items have been delivered.

All website content, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Sewphisticated and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

We take pride in our workmanship and handle all materials with care. However, Sewphisticated is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or natural wear after completion.

Our website may include links to third-party sites for fabric suppliers or partners. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website signifies your acceptance of those changes.
